Chevelle has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She started as a group fitness trainer and a kickboxing instructor. Chevelle also was a competitive cheerleader and coach. She has been a personal trainer and weight loss consultant for over five years.

Chevelle finds it very rewarding to help others improve their lifestyle and health. In the pursuit of good health, it is important to recognize the need for a well-balanced approach. A person's overall wellness incorporates strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. If you focus your mind to do something and give it 100%, you WILL accomplish your goal. Simply put, it is mind over matter and keeping the positive - not negative - in your life.
