Experience:Jim's experience in the field of fitness is vast and spans over 22 years. He has played sports all of his life, including baseball, football, both varsity wrestling and soccer. Jim started as a floor trainer in his college gym and went on to manage three major health clubs. Jim realized his passion was helping others achieve their fitness goals. He studied nutrition and exercise sport science in college to further his knowledge in the field. Jim has studied and worked in specialized areas, including rehabilitative training, corrective strategies of common imbalances, sport-specific strength and conditioning, body building, and weight loss. |

Training Philosophy:Fitness is both a science and a psychology. Jim is a functional trainer who believes in a well rounded approach. This includes proper nutrition, resistance training, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. When simple principals are combined with consistency, anyone can reach their fitness goals. |

About Jim:Jim is a professional fighter and is a three-time runner up in the Casca Grossa National Grappling Championship. Jim was a starting varsity wrestler on a state champion team, in fact, Jim lettered in two high school sports.Jim's hobbies include body building, mixed martial arts, cycling, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. |
