We offer more than thirty group fitness classes every week. So, you are sure to find one that fits your level.

Note: Our classes follow the local school district open/close schedule. This means that if schools are closed for whatever reason during the school year, we will not have classes on that day.

 
 
 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

TABATA BOOTCAMP

This class is a comprehensive total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength

30/30 CARDIO STRENGTH

30 minutes on interval-based cardio and 30 minutes of strength-based exercises designed to make you sweat and burn calories on another level

CARDIO MATRIXX

This max cardio class will test your limits and push you to the next level of your cardiovascular endurance with. Focus on high intensity interval training paired with calisthenic based exercises

BODY BOUNCE

This hip-hop and R&B dance class is a freestyle dance class. That allows you to just follow along, flow with the beat, enjoy the music and keep moving

 

HOTBOX

This is a circuit style kickboxing/boxing conditioning series that helps to improve cardiovascular endurance in multiple rounds of skill-based exercises and practical application of mixed martial arts formats

PILATES

This class is based on the principles of Joseph Pilates and will train not only you core but your entire body. Low impact exercises flow gently together to develop overall strength and flexibility.

YOGA

Yoga poses are linked together in a flowing series to build stamina, strength, balance, flexibility and breath awareness. Class is intended to be challenging, but it is suitable for the beginning to intermediate student – modifications are offered for all levels.

TOTALLY DEFINED

This strength training class works all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, bands, balls, BOSU trainers, etc.) Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.

 

ULTIMATE CYCLE

Come on this indoor ride up and down hills and through drills guaranteed to burn lots of calories and make you sweat! If you’re new to cycle, please come early so the instructor can set you up properly on the bike.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Intervals of various cardio exercises (step, cycle, calisthenics, etc.) combine with strength training exercises using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, BOSU, balls, etc.) to give you a total body workout! This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

H.I.I.T

High Intensity Interval Training- This is a nonstop, powerhouse workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. H.I.I.T will include cardio intervals using the step, BOSU, and floor drills. 60 minutes of pure cardio fun!

ZUMBA®

A body energizing, cardio dance class where Latin rhythms and other international world flavors create an easy to follow, fun atmosphere. This class is packed with energy and the latest moves including Salsa, Hip Hop, Cumbia and more!

 

CORE & MORE

is designed to improve strength and overall performance among the core muscle through simple and complex exercises that focus on stabilization and endurance

PUSH

Is a new blend of maximum interval training, weight-based strength training, athletic based movements and skills as well as endurance. It will be sure to challenge you to go beyond your limits.

HEAT

This is an athletic based full body workout, designed to give you a maximum calorie burn, improve cardiovascular endurance, enhance muscle endurance and performance and help you redefine your body.

SENSUAL BAR

Introduces you to another form of exercise that uses rhythmic movements and music that allows you to get in tune with your body

 

ULTIMATE FUSION

Ultimate fusion combines multiple formats but not limited to (i.e. interval, strength, dance) of exercise into a balanced workout to help you burn fat, develop lean muscle and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

 

THE OVERFLOW

This class was designed to encourage your spirit, soul and body to escape distractions and the busyness of life to enter a calm faith-based peaceful environment anchoring yourself to the present. We will be use a red-light therapy device while we meditate, focus on affirmations, stretch, learn breath work techniques, lymphatic drainage exercises and learn how to relax the nervous system.

YIN YOGA

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga, also known as Yen Yoga, offers a unique experience that complements the more active aspects of yoga. It is a slower-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. By using long holds, Yin Yoga is able to target connective tissues, such as ligaments and joints, and generally focuses on the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
