We offer more than thirty group fitness classes every week. So, you are sure to find one that fits your level.
Note: Our classes follow the local school district open/close schedule. This means that if schools are closed for whatever reason during the school year, we will not have classes on that day.
FITNESS CLASSES (A-Z)

BARRE
A low-impact, full-body workout that blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using a stationary barre, participants perform small, controlled movements with high reps to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Light weights and props like soft balls are often used, with stretching after muscle fatigue. Barre emphasizes posture, balance, and a strong mind-body connection.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A fast-paced workout that combines strength and cardio exercise in a series of stations. You’ll move from one exercise to the next with minimal rest, targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.l
FIT FOR LIFE
Fit for Life is a low-impact, total-body fitness program designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall health while being accessible for people of all fitness levels.
FIT FOR LIFE AND CORE
Fit for Life is a total-body, low-impact fitness class designed to improve overall health, mobility, and endurance for long-term wellness. This class focuses on functional movements, core activation, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular health.
H.I.I.T
HIIT is a high-powered fusion of cardio and strength using weights and bodyweight moves. It’s designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and push your fitness to the next level—all in one intense session.
INSTRUCTORS CHOICE (SATURDAYS)
Want to keep your fitness routine exciting? This dynamic class is designed by the instructor to offer a unique workout experience each session. Whether its cardio, strength, flexibility, or a fusion of formats, you’ll get a fresh and effective total-body workout tailored to the group’s energy and needs.
KICKBOXING
This dynamic series combines circuit-style kickboxing, boxing, and cardio conditioning to enhance cardiovascular endurance through multiple rounds of skill-based exercises and practical mixed martial arts techniques. Classes may be taught in either circuit format or continuous cardio style, offering variety and intensity to suit all fitness levels.
PILATES
This class is based on the principles of Joseph Pilates and will train not only your core but your entire body. Low-impact exercises flow gently together to develop overall strength and flexibility.
PILATES BARRE
A fusion of Pilates and barre techniques designed to sculpt and tone. This class blends core-focused mat work with ballet-inspired movements using the barre for balance and resistance.
POWER YOGA
Power yoga is a vigorous, fast-paced style of yoga that creates a strong, full-body workout by linking breath with movement (vinyasa) through a challenging series of strength-building poses. It focuses on building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility while elevating heart rate, making it a popular choice for those seeking a comprehensive cardio and strength training session.
TABATA BOOTCAMP
This class is a comprehensive total-body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core—providing both cardio and strength.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Intervals of various cardio exercises (step, cycle, calisthenics, etc.) combine with strength training exercises using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, BOSU, balls, etc.) to give you a total-body workout! This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
TOTALLY DEFINED
This strength training class works all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, bands, balls, BOSU trainers, etc.). Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
YOGA
Yoga poses are linked together in a flowing series to build stamina, strength, balance, flexibility, and breath awareness. Class is intended to be challenging, but it is suitable for the beginning to intermediate student—modifications are offered for all levels.
YOGALATES
Strengthen, Stretch, and center your body in this dynamic fusion class! Yogalates combines the mindful movements of yoga with the core focused precision of Pilates. Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance.. .
ZUMBA®
This is a body-energizing, cardio dance class. Latin rhythms and other international world flavors create an easy-to-follow, fun atmosphere. This class is packed with energy and the latest moves including Salsa, Hip Hop, Cumbia, and more!
ZUMBA GOLD®
Zumba Gold is a modified version of the original Zumba fitness program, designed specifically for active older adults, beginners, and those seeking a lower-intensity workout. It features simple-to-follow steps and a slower pace, allowing participants to enjoy the dance-party atmosphere while burning calories and improving cardiovascular health
